Latte Method:
- Sift 2g (1 tsp) of matcha into a cup
- Add 30ml (1 oz) of hot water
- Whisk until smooth
- Add 240ml (8 oz) of steamed milk
Cold Brew:
Mix 2g matcha with 300ml cold water, shake well
